Professional defect reports

In cases where a defect cannot be rectified by the tenant themselves because it is either too dangerous or requires expert knowledge, ailean is able to convert all available information into a professional defect report that contains a clear summary of the work carried out, a defect report and even a recommendation for action for efficient processing by tradesmen. This report can either be sent directly to an email chosen by the property management company, handed to the tenant as an email suggestion or integrated into an existing tenant portal (on request).
